DESCRIPTION:Fancy some movement\, physically active and looking for mental 
 challenges? The Education Programme is offering a weekly course for people
  aged 60 and over\, in which Kathlyn Pope\, an experienced dance teacher a
 t the Staatsballett Berlin\, explores current Staatsballett Berlin product
 ions with participants over a period of nine weeks. The programme not only
  promotes mental and physical flexibility\, but also encourages participan
 ts to enjoy creating their own small choreographies strengthened. A nice s
 ide effect: the participants find like-minded people in the course and pos
 sibly company for a future visit to the ballet. Because one thing is clear
 : it's never too late to start dancing! Over a period of nine weeks\, vari
 ous productions of the Staatsballett Berlin are examined and explored thro
 ugh dance. Attending performances of the productions is recommended\, but 
 is not a prerequisite for participation. The course costs 120 euros for ni
 ne weeks. You will find the exact time periods and thematic blocks below.
