DESCRIPTION:In the 2026/2027 season\, we will once again be offering a regu
 lar dance class for people with multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.
  As an art form\, dance appeals to both the body and the mind and offers a
 n opportunity to connect with oneself\, strengthen the body\, and gain psy
 chological and psychosocial benefits. The course combines gentle movements
  with creative dance techniques tailored to the needs of the participants.
  With years of experience\, dance teacher Soraya Bruno\, together with a t
 eam of qualified teachers\, will guide participants to discover themselves
  through dance and movement in a creative atmosphere. The team offers indi
 vidual support to promote coordination\, flexibility\, and body awareness 
 through various dance education exercises. Each session ends with a relaxe
 d and open exchange among participants. The course takes place on three Su
 ndays a month in the ballet studio of the Staatsballett Berlin at the Staa
 tsoper Unter den Linden (NEW VENUE!) and is wheelchair accessible. The fal
 l and spring blocks cost 15 euros per person each\, and the winter block c
 osts 20 euros. Registration is for three or four months at a time: Autumn
