DESCRIPTION:For the first time\, we are offering a regular dance class that
  is suitable for people with multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. It
  is possible to be accompanied by a partner or trusted friend. As an art f
 orm\, dance appeals to both the body and the mind and offers a wonderful o
 pportunity to connect with oneself\, strengthen the body and gain psycholo
 gical and psychosocial benefits. The course combines gentle movements with
  creative dance techniques tailored to the needs of the participants. With
  years of experience\, dance teacher and coach Soraya Bruno\, together wit
 h a team of qualified teachers\, will guide participants to discover thems
 elves through dance and movement in a creative atmosphere. The team offers
  individual support to promote coordination\, flexibility and body awarene
 ss through various dance education exercises. Each session ends with a rel
 axed and open exchange among the participants. The course takes place thre
 e times a month on Sundays in the studios of the Staatsballett Berlin at t
 he Deutsche Oper and is barrier-free. The course is free of charge for par
